About Us

Our Family History

Our journey began in 1910 when Great Grandpa Abraham purchased the woolen mill from Mr. Franz Ranke.  Shortly after that purchase we had a contract with the military to make wool mittens and socks.  It was from that moment on that we loved what we do and we still do today.  We are rewarded with the great feeling of taking a natural resource that is renewable, biodegradable and making it into a product that will be used in homes across America.
Zeilinger Wool Company recently achieved passing our tradition on to the fourth generation family member to continue proudly processing natural fibers for you.  It brings us pure joy to serve you, not just our customers but our friends.  Our family has been processing wool for over a century and our personal service has been our trademark over the years.

What can we do for you?

The Zeilinger Wool Company Fiber Mill can process sheep wool, angora goat fiber (mohair), rabbit fiber (angora), llama, alpaca, dog hair, buffalo and other exotic fibers into items such as roving, batting, combed top, yarn, bedding and finished products such as socks, gloves and hats.
